Invoice for a vehicle

So I have completed the SPC process and trust process. I have a invoice for a new vehicle... does anyone have a solution on obtaining it by a4v? Pointly, can you a4v an vehicle invoice and reference your ucc-1 number on the face of it and then do a ucc-3 and claim the vehicle then submit all that to the recorders office in our county?

Car should be given with the MSO as well correct?

Does this need to be completed with 1099-oids and 1040-v as well?

Im just looking for CONSTRUCTIVE information to work this through, not sidebars. I have seen some do it this way with a pair of trucks and a motor home, but i was young and didnt pay close attention and im not in the company of those guys anymore. Its been about 5 years.
