future SSI benefits

I am the newest newbie #531. I have taken the first steps to become a SPC. I retired at 66 in Sept. but have not filed for benefits. The question is; Once the SPC filing is complete and I am a Sovereign will I still be entitled to receive SSI benefits when i apply at 70 years. Or am I opted out by the governing agency because of the action I have taken for redemption.? Thank You
