In my understanding of the A4V, we as the surety may use this remedy to discharge debts owed, however, if we use this remedy we are also agreeing to remain a creditor/surety for the U.S. debt. My ultimate goal is ultimate sovereignty. I have a sister who was born in Germany via military, where in the world would she get a certified copy of her birth certificate to file her ucc-1 being that she has dual citizenship?
