My name is Elias Jimenez. I'm thinking about doing an SPC filing but I have a couple of questions to ask.  1. On October 28 of last year I filed a UCC-1 in Florida No. 201300116674 under the name Elias Jimenez-Rodriguez. I realized later that in my legal documents such as my Driver's License, Social Security, Resident Alien, etc. all appear as Elias Jimenez. 2. In 2014 I filed two UCC-1 statements in Washington state (No. 201422562132) and Washington D.C. (No. 201411061) also under Elias Jimenez-Rodriguez. My question is could I cancel the three applications and start again with the proper information and identification I have or do you recommend another option? If so what would be the cost and how to do it? Thank you.
