Is this true? If so the Copyright Notice that comes with the SPC package would be pointless because no court would back up the Copyright. http://www.texasnationalpress.com/expose/copyrightname.shtml

You are NOT copyrighting your name, you are copyrighting the name of the TRUST! Will the copyright be upheld in relation to the trust... Yes, as long as you have a valid claim. Does the trust Contract, can there be a sale thereof, and or does it offer trade... YES! It is a foolish misconception that you are copyrighting your name.
