Private Registered Bond with UBOT

when you open up a bank account for your UBOT, can u get apply for a loan and show them a copy of your private registered bond and give them a international bill of exchange or international promissory note and 1040V tax form to discharge it using your contract trust account? or can u just give them the draft or note without applying for the loan and just tell them u wanna do a transfer?
