SP’s needing NEW, Birth Certificate Bond process SP’s or Seniors to witness signature & Thumb Print

We dewell in our Bodies in N. FLA.  We have produced our contracts and Filed our UCC-I's (info filing w/secretary of state of FLA. ) we need SP's or SP/C's to complete Bill of Exchange NEW bond process, we have IRS 56 forms and 100% cotton bond paper but need SP's to witness the bond signature and thumb prints for 2 SP's. We have done much study over the past yr with a lifetime of learning to go. We travel the state and are willing to travel for the Help. Seniors of Knowledge would be sweet!
