UBOT

Hey i purchased freedom from servitude, and it has a ubot... Once i create the documents, i understand the indentured must be kept private.. but does the name of the trust get recorded with the clerk of office or whateveR?   What is the process to create the ubot  and start operating in public if you have the indentured etc made?   If i want to have an LLC and let it be owned by the UBOT, does the ubot have to be registered with the clerk of office ??
